Order & Delivery

Dear Custoemrs!

Please note the Followings:

• Please Try to be specific in describing design.

• Upload a clear picture of you in case you want to get your picture printed on Your Mug. 

• Any specifications for your mug,such as font type, placement of text or position of the photo, please enter in the design specifications on the order form.

• If you are creating your artwork, our artwork size is 19.5cm x 8.5cm/ 1020 x 2400 pixels for standard full mug wrap.

• Please note that there may be colour differences on the finished product due to different monitors resolutions.

• All prices shown are in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of simple artwork design.

• We currently accept payment via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa/JazzCash and Cash on Delivery. (not in case of Customized Mugs)

• Bank account number will be sent via confirmation mail.

• We provide Home Delivery in All Pakistan.There are fixed delivery charges of Rs. 150 for courier service.

• Self collection of mug location at Jail Road, Lahore.

• It will take approximately 5 days for order to be processed for delivery.

• As per customized item, there will be no exchange nor refund. Cancellation of order may be done so before final stage of mug production.
